Machu Picchu is very admired for its great architecture, unique beauty, and all the history it has. Many visitors come to Machu Picchu to spend one of the best experiences of their lives because it is considered a world wonder and a must-see destination in life. Our company will pick you up at your hotel at the agreed time, according to your disposition, before the departure of the train, and then you will be transported to the station of your choice (San Pedro, Poroy, Ollantaytambo, Peru Rail or Inca Rail) where you will have a fantastic trip through the Sacred Valley of the Incas and the remote Vilcanota Canyon to the town of Aguas Calientes. Once you arrive there, our guide will pick you up at the train station and transfer you immediately to the consettur bus station which is a shared service to the most spectacular ancient city in the world, which is Machu Picchu, (the bus ride takes about 30 minutes on an unpaved road) Machu Picchu was built by the Inca Pachacuteq and composed of blocks of stone fitted with masterful precision, Machu Picchu blends harmoniously into the mountainous landscape of the jungle brow. There are many theories about the origins behind Machu Picchu.
This fabulous city has houses, temples, warehouses, a large central square, all connected by narrow paths and steps, and is surrounded by terraces cut into the mountainside that were used for agriculture. We will have a guided tour of 02 hours and enough time to take souvenir photos, after the guided tour, our guide will give you all the instructions for your bus and train back. We can take the train to Ollantaytambo, Poroy or San Pedro with previous coordination.
Upon arrival at the selected station our staff will be waiting for you and then we will transfer you back to Cusco or your hotel ending the day.
Note: if you decide to climb Huayna Picchu and Machu Picchu mountain and due to the limit of tickets, you must let us know in advance or when you book the full day tour to Machu Picchu. There are only 400 entrances per day, this climb depends a lot on the weather conditions especially from January to March is not recommended for the rainy season.
