Itinerary

This circuit begins with the respective pick up from the hotel at the established time 8:20 am to 8:40 am, to go to the district of Maras to reach our first point of visit the archaeological center of MORAY famous for its circular shape that during the Inca period was a center of agricultural experimentation for having different microclimates to each of its terraces.

Moray is also a strategic point to appreciate the snow-capped mountains of the Vilcanota mountain range where the sacred valley of the Incas is located. 

Then we will visit the MARAS salt mines, which is made up of about 3000 wells on average, where the mineral is still produced today. This production comes from pre-Hispanic times by a system of sun drying salt water that comes from a subway stream. At this point we will be able to observe the production process of the high quality salt that is exported to different countries.
